Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected by us, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
  • Please let us know as soon as possible if any items that you ordered are damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. We will gladly offer our help to make sure our customers are satisfied whether the decision is a refund or another item. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can unfortunately take longer than anticipated.
