Return Policy

  • Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or broken.
  • Returns are only allowed if suggested by us. We will not accept the returned item if we were not notified and asked about it prior to it being shipped back.
  • Returned products must be in a new condition and they must include the original box or packaging with all tags included.
  • Shipping costs of returned items are on the buyer. You have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking in order for both parties to be able to track the parcel.
  • If you changed your mind about an item that you've purchased, send us a message or cancel your order as quickly as possible!
  • Any items which show signs of use or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
