Once you reach your shopping cart page, please leave a note in the "Special Instructions for seller" box with the size that you want according to the size chart (Last image).
Looking for Long Sleeve T-Shirts?
Add a Short Sleeve T-Shirt with the color of your choice to your shopping cart, and leave us a note in the "Special Instructions for seller" box saying that you want it with long sleeves. Keep in mind, there is an additional charge of $7 which can be sent as a "tip" at the payment page.
