Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.ย 


To start a return, you can contact us at razzouk.tattoo@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, weโ€™ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Shipping
Shipping costs of returned items are on the buyer.ย You have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method that includes tracking in order for both parties to be able to track the parcel.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, a full refund will be issued, after which you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once weโ€™ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโ€™ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Deposits
All tattoo appointments require a $50 deposit to secure your slot. This deposit will be applied to the final price of your tattoo at the time of your appointment.
Please note: All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment or fail to show up, the deposit will be forfeited. We kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hoursโ€™ notice if you need to reschedule, so we can accommodate you properly.
